13. Soil - Microgreen Flax does best in a well-drained growing medium that remains consistently moist but doesn't stay wet for long periods. For the best growth, use cocopeat or a seed-starting mix.

HOW TO GROW MICROGREEN FLAX FROM SEEDS

1. TTake a Seedling Tray and fill it with Cocopeat.
2. Make ½ inch deep hole and put 1 seed in each hole.
3. Fill the hole with Cocopeat and spray with water using a spray gun or spray bottle.
4. Water 2 times a week.
5. Seeds will germinate within 4 days.
6. Full sunlight with partial shade is needed.

ALTERNATE METHOD

1. Take a Medium size Pot and add a Potting Mix.
2. If planting in the soil add Neem Cake Powder, Vermicompost, and Seaweed.
